Huebsch Services owns all personalized designs, images, text and other content on HuebschDirect.com. This content is protected by US and international copyright laws. It is unlawful to steal, use, or reproduce any of this content for personal use other than that intended by Huebsch Services.
Ordering your Huebsch Services products online is safe and secure. Your information will not be shared with any third party or used in any unlawful way. You can feel safe and comfortable to use your credit card on our commerce site to order any of our products. Our site is protected and secured by a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate and by proper network security.

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All credit card transactions are processed immediately upon receipt of a product order by Huebsch Services.
All Huebsch e-commerce orders are subject to federal, state and local shipping and tax regulations. Purchaser is responsible for any sales tax due with the exception of Minnesota and Wisconsin residents who will be charged Minnesota and Wisconsin tax respectively on Huebsch orders.
Huebsch Services has a partnership with UPS to ship all your Huebsch products in the continental United States. Please review all your information before you place your order.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the items and include shipping, handling and processing fees.
Most in-stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving the order. If your order includes non-stock items there will be a lead-time that is posted in your order confirmation. If there is an unusual delay we will contact you with details.
If you have received your order and you are not completely satisfied, please e-mail us at mailto:%email@example.com a a Return Authorization Number (RA#)and UPS slip to return the item. Please note: All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days.
Items returned for refund will be processed as quickly as possible. If we mistakenly ship the incorrect item we will promptly ship the correct product at no additional cost to you.If the order was shipped according to your request, you will be credited the item cost less the shipping charges. Please note that a restocking fee of 20 percent will also be deducted from your credit on any returned apparel item. Return payment will be the same method used for original purchase.For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, your card will be credited for the returned item(s) once we receive your goods. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
- All items must be in the same condition as when sent with original tags still attached
- All items must be properly packaged to insure safe return of shipment
- We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments of returned items.
- The return authorization number must be placed on the outside of the package being returned.
All customized, embroidered, or made-to-order clothing is not able to be returned. If you have sizing questions, please contact 715-855-6215 or firstname.lastname@example.org before you place your order.
Cancellations can only be accepted if a product has not already been shipped. A 5% fee will apply if your credit card has already been processed through our service provider.
NOTE: Orders involving personalized items that are manufactured directly to your specification cannot be returned once the order has been placed. Please make sure you carefully review the color, size, and personalized specifications before placing the order for your personalized product.
